Before showing you any property, I want to understand what you're looking for.

  1. First, I listen.

    Are you looking for a place to live in, to rent or to invest in? We talk about budget, area and timing before looking at options.

  2. Then, we compare.

    We put price, size, location, financing and condition side by side. For a new project, we also look at who the developer is and when it will be delivered.

  3. And we see it through to closing.

    We coordinate visits, questions, terms and negotiation. If I find something that deserves a closer look, I'd rather say so before moving forward.
